"I wasn't planning on staying there for that long. Maybe a few weeks or so." Marik was surprised at Miyu's sudden worry about staying in Egypt, but he quickly dismissed it. Marik chuckled at the thought of Kaiba being disgruntled about his debt to Miyu and having to borrow one of his jets to escort them to Egypt.
"Think maybe you can get the Blue Eyes Jet? I hear that is the fastest one in the fleet."

"I am sorry. I just stood up too quickly that's all. I'm fine, I promise." She kissed his forehead to reassure him and laid down on the bed. She closed her eyes, but then forced them open wildly when she heard Bakura's remark.
"Of course I have thought about it. I just thought you would want to wait since you seem like the independent type. I assumed you would come to that decision on your own." She sat up again and hugged her knees.
"You know I would love to marry you. I don't care when or where as long as we can be together."

Miyu looked at him as she rolled her eyes, "Always the fast jets....? Really?" She asked knowing perfectly well that he wanted the fasted ride there, "Marik... you do realize that That jet is only a two seater... I personally don't know how to fly a jet... and I'd feel more comfortable in a nice relaxing plane ride then taking a 19 hour flight to Egypt in a cramped jet." She said as she winced her burns starting to hurt again.

Bakura looked down as he felt nervous, "My rose... I...am no the independent type... with you I'm completely worthless and weak... I can't even cook a decent meal for you without sending everything tot he shadow realm. I'm just concerned that I can't take care of you like I used to in the past..." he said "but... if you'll have me... I'd like you to marry me in Egypt... the same place we married in that time frame." he said as he took out a small ring box as he looked at her with fear and worry in his eyes. He palms completely sweaty. He opened a the top as it revealed a large purple diamond with 2 smaller diamons on either side of the larger diamond with a white gold band around it... in side the band spelled her full name. "Kohaku Shitsui.... will you do the honor of becoming Bakura Ryou lovely wife?" he asked his words getting choked a little bit.

"You know me, I like to ride in style." He grinned with a twinge of evil in the corners of his mouth. Marik noticed that Miyu's burns were making her quite uncomfortable.
"I am sorry I had to do that. . ." He took her hands in his trying to be weary of the bandages.
"At least the ointment is starting to work. It will burn for a little while, but the good news is that spirit allows you to heal quicker than the average human. It will clear up by this time tomorrow." He took Miyu in his arms and laid her down with him.
"Don't worry my love, I will find a way to remove that evil being from your body if I have to sacrifice my own life to do so." He lifted her chin up and took her lips with his own trying to get her mind off her troubles and the burning pains over her body.

Kohaku was troubled by the worry and fear in Bakura's eyes. She rarely saw him act like this and it was beginning to frighten her until he began to speak. She was not sure where he was going with it until he pulled out a small box that concealed a beautiful treasure. She covered her dumbfounded mouth with her hands and tried to hold back her happy tears. He opened the box and she looked at the ring with the beautiful inscription on it. She was in total shock. Had he been planning this for some time now? He must have. She looked at the ring then up to him. He was scared to death. The possibility that she would say no weighed heavily on his heart. She leaned forward and rested her head on his shoulder now moving her hands to cover her entire face. Her head rested there for a second then she sat back and looked at him while a small tear streamed down her cheek.
"Nothing would make me happier. . .Yes, I will become your wife." She smiled so brightly that she felt she was blinding Bakura. She suddenly forgot about the pain in her head and just kept smiling.
"Do I have to put it on myself?" She joked trying to make him relax a little bit with her witty jokes.

Miyu kissed back as she closed her eyes but deep down was hiding a horrible secret as she looked at Marik, "did.. you noticed something different about Red eyes...?" She asked softly, "Something new.... ?" She asked as she reached down and rubbed her stomach as she looked down feeling nervous to tell him. Hell she hasn't told anyone about it. She was scared to. "Like... when you had to tie me down with everything... those are connected to my heart... did you... feel another heart beat... by any chance....?" She asked softly as she looked down, "and I don't want you to risk you're life for me! Are you crazy?!" She asked as she sat up to quickly that her burn on her heck hurt, "SON OF A BITCH!!!!!" She cried out in pain as she hissed, "Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck..." She groaned.

Bakura let out a deep sigh of relief as he took the ring and and gently placed it on her ring finger. He looked into her eyes as he was gentle. he slowly whipped away her tears as he kissed her forehead, "Why are you crying...?" he laughed as he was so relieved it was almost hard for him to breath. He felt this way the first time 5 million years ago. But it was the best feeling next to being married as well as having his first born. He kissed her lips deeply as he was so happy that small tears fell from the corner of his eyes.

Marik was at first puzzled by her question, but then he studied her gestures closely. She was very fixated on her stomach. He began to put two and two together. He did notice another very faint heartbeat when he was battling the Red Eyes, but he was so weakened that he just thought it was his mind playing tricks on him. It all made sense now. Before he could say something, Miyu screamed out in pain from her burns. He held her shoulders and tried to calm her down.
"I am sorry. I didn't think my comment would upset you like that. I was just trying to show my love in a manly manner." He chuckled a little bit and leaned over to get some cold packs from the first aid kit. He punched one of them hard in the center to release the cooling gel from the beads inside. "Here this should help the burns feel better, and to answer your question yes I did hear another very faint heartbeat. Very faint, like it was from an almost microscopic heart. I was so weak and disoriented I thought it was merely my mind playing tricks on me, but now I know that is not the case." Marik was so thrilled.
"Miyu. . .are you really pregnant?" He looked at her with a serious look, but his eyes were twinkling with hope.

Kohaku handed him her hand and watched him put it on her second left finger. She lifted her hand toward her face and admired the beautiful treasure.
"It's so beautiful." She smiled gently when she felt Bakura wipe her tears away. His kiss was welcomed with great happiness and acceptance. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him back on the bed with her. Her hands rested on his cheeks for a moment and pulled him back from her. "I am crying," She started while she used her thumbs to wipe the tears from his own eyes, "For the same reason you are." She gave him another smile before pulling him back to her to continue their kiss.

Miyu sighs with relief on her neck as she looked at him. Here eyes holding nothing but the truth. "yeah... just two months... conceived the night before you left to Egypt to help you're sister." She blushing a little bit, "As for the comment... you are a guy who wears purple nicely... you really think you're THAT manly...?" She asked with a raised brow but she was just teasing. She looked at him and smiled as she "You're a daddy...." She said softly. as she was so revealed that he wasn't upset. "You're a daddy..." She repeated as she leaned in and took his hand and kissed his lips gently, "We're parents..." She said her heart feeling so much lighter with the guilt being lifted from its burden. She couldn't help but cry a little as she was so happy that he wouldn't leave her.

Bakura narrowed his eyes, "tell anyone that I cried and you won't leave this bedroom for a week." he smirked as he leaned down and slowly started to kiss her neck. Pushing her beautiful blond hair aside as he kissed her more, "You just taste so delicious." he said as he licked her neck gently as he looked into her eyes as he slowly started to have his hands under her shirt as he leaned back and went back to kissing her lips as he gently pinned her down on the bed as he smirked, "Plus... I think this calls for a celebratory sex." he smirked as he leaned back down and continue to kiss her.

Marik was thrilled to hear this. Even though they were not married, this was the best news Miyu could have given him. His ancient past began to enter his mind. He remembered the birth of his daughter Reanna. It was a beautiful time in his life. Miyu had given birth at night on a beautiful oasis, and Marik was the one that delivered Reanna. Nothing gave him more joy than to be the person that brought his daughter into the world.
"And you're going to be a mommy." Marik smiled and wrapped his arms gently around Miyu, giving her a firm but gentle squeeze.
"I just wish you would have told me sooner. I am beyond thrilled! Did you see in your past how our first child was born? It was a beautiful moment."

Kohaku laughed. "Oh, what are you going to do? Keep me locked in her and chained to the bed as your slave?" She giggled when he kissed her neck and then started licking it. Her neck was extremely sensitive. Her head turned a bit to the side so her could get better access. She yelped when she felt something underneath her shirt. He was fishing for trouble. His kiss helped relax her a bit while he gently pushed her body down into the bed. She lifted her leg up and purposely let it hit his pleasure spot. A huge grin combed her lips within their kiss.
"Yes, I agree." She suddenly used the leverage and flipped him onto his back putting herself on top. She sat across his waist and pinned him down into the bed.
"This blow to the head has made my dominance level quite high." She pulled his black high collared jacket off of him and tossed it to the floor. Both her hands slipped under his shirt and snaked their way up his stomach and then to his chest.
"Mm, just touching you is making me hot." She winked with a devilish grin taking up her face.

Miyu remember that memory all to well, "Yeah... my happiest moment too... I couldn't stop crying when Reanna was Born... she was so beautiful... Such a angel..." She said as she remember the memory of her little girl as she touched her belly as she sighs, "I think my second happiest Moment was when Reanna got older and married.... granted she didn't have kids... but her wedding was so beautiful..." She said as she started to cry a little bit. "does History really repeat itself?" She asked as she was so scare and worried. The demon inside her has killed all her loved ones in the past. Whats preventing that from happening again. She sighs as she didn't want to go through that pain again.

Bakura was thinking about this as he knew that he had to be good, "N-no..." he muttered, "W-we can't." he said really struggling things with his heart and with his manly instincts, "Maybe we should wait on this..." he said softly as he looked at her, "it'll be more when we get married." he said with a small smile, "You won't regret it." he said sweetly. as he leaned up and kissed her, "We can still sleep in the same bed... just no like... sex..." he said as he urges were just gave up. 'anything for love i guess' he thought a little depressed. He looked at her and smiled, "sorry I'm a mood killer, but I think you'll be happier... especially if Miyu and Marik might be leaving to Egypt tomorrow... Knowing the dragon anyways..." he stated.

"It is possible, but the future is what you make of it. Only you have control over what happens. Just remember, you are in control of your own destiny and no one else." Marik just continued to hold Miyu in his arms. His hand wandered down to her stomach and it rested there. Little Reanna was going to be coming into the world in just a few months.
"Have you told Kohaku your good news? I would imagine that she would be the first one you told."

Kohaku leaned over him and was very surprised at his sudden change of attitude.
"Ahh! You are so cruel, but yes you are right." She kissed him back and climbed off of him.
"There are still other things we can do besides having sex." She winked at him in suggestive way.
"Speaking of Miyu, I need to call her right now and tell her the good news!" Kohaku got up and went in the living room to get her cell phone out of her bag. She went to her contact list and found Miyu's name she pressed the call button and it began to dial. She walked back into the bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed near Bakura's feet.

Miyu was just about to answer him but then herd her phone, "Could you get that?" She asked as she knew that Marik would allow her out of the bed. She watch him get her phone as she took it from him and answered, "Hello?" She answered.

Bakura looked over as she herd Kohaku talking.

Marik's ear twitched a bit when he heard Miyu's cell phone ring. "Yeah, I'll get it." He got up and quickly trotted over to the other side of the room to the dresser where her phone sat. He picked it up and saw a picture of Kohaku and her name on the screen. Marik thought it was quite ironic that she would call. He walked back to the bed and handed Miyu the phone. He laid back down on the bed next to Miyu and listened to the conversation. Miyu's phone was so loud he could almost hear Kohaku talk perfectly.

"Hey girlie! It's Haku. I have something very important to tell you!" Kohaku was all excited and happy. She could not wait to tell her best friend that she was engaged.

Miyu smiled, "I think I can guess...." She said softly as she looked at Marik as she listened in, "Well I have news for you too... but you go first." she said as she felt her burn starting to heal a little bit. she was worried about the dragon deep down but she'll worry about it another day.

Bakura was hoping that Miyu wouldn't tell Kohaku that he actually seeked help from the Dragon about the ring. He figured that Kohaku would talk to Her about it... but he didn't want his manly ego to get distributed either.

Marik laughed a bit at Miyu's statement. He also knew that Bakura was planning on proposing to her. He almost died laughing when Miyu told him that Bakura asked for her help on picking out the ring for her. Even so, he continued to listen in on the conversation.

"I doubt you will. But anyway, you will not believe this. I am engaged!!" Kohaku almost screamed into the phone with tremendous happiness. "And the ring is beautiful. I cannot wait to show you." She held her hand up and looked at the beautiful ring again. It shimmered in the dull light from her bedside lamp.
"So, what did you have to tell me?"

Miyu decided to be nice and not make Bakura angry, "Oh wow! Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! its about time that boy finally popped the questions. you two have been dating for a while." She said sweetly as she looked at Marik and winked. "And I cant wait to see the ring, I bet its a pretty huge rock." she said sweetly. "as for my news.... well... I'm two months pregnant... now don't get mad! I didn't tell anyone because i wanted to tell Marik first since he is the father after all." She said in her defense... but new that Kohaku would understand, granted Miyu's not traditional in any way, she'd still like to get married... but only when Marik's ready.

Bakura heard the conversation as he sighed a relief that she didn't tell her. But when he herd that Miyu was pregnant, 'no wonder she's been having massive mood swings...' he thought but then remember and poked at his rose, "don't forget to ask them about a trip to Egypt" he mentioned.

Marik had pondered the thought of marriage, but now that he and Miyu were expecting a baby it might be a good idea to do it sooner rather than later.

"Why would I be mad? I am so thrilled to hear that. Congratulations sweetie." She elbowed Bakura in the chest for that comment.
"Oh stop it. If you think she is bad, just wait until you have to deal with me." She gave him an evil grin then turned her attention back to Miyu.
"I wanted to ask you something. Did you want to come to Egypt with me and Bakura? He told me of a way you can probably exorcise the spirit of Red Eyes from your body. I can also maybe find out more about my past."

Miyu blinked, "Weird... Marik and I were just thinking about leaving to tomorrow on Kaiba's plan cause i'd rather not take a jet..." She said narrowing her eyes at Marik as she looked at him, But that would actually be a great idea if all of us went... Not only that we could stay with Marik and his sister..." she said looking at him, as she covered the phone, "You don't think she would mind... would she?" She asked.

Bakura narrowed his eyes, "stay out of my thoughts women..." he muttered as he looked at her.

Marik nodded. "I just have to call her and let her know ahead of time. We can probably leave tomorrow afternoon or the following morning."

"Really? Wow what a coincidence. Ok that would be great. Lets just hope that Kaiba stays true to his word. We will start packing tonight and how about I meet you for breakfast tomorrow. I will prepare a nice picnic for us and we can enjoy it by the coast." Kohaku looked over at Bakura who was lying down with his back to her. She could tell he was awake and still listening.
"How does that sound girlie?"

Miyu herd her as she thought about it. "Um... sure I guess... I'm sure Marik won't mind it either." She said softly as she looked at him, "But wouldn't Bakura want... you know... His "Time" with you. now that you both are engaged?" She asked curiously.

Bakura herd her say that as he growled under his breath, "Stupid dragon..." he muttered to himself, "Think I only after sex... that's the fucking pyscho that you fell for that wants sex...." He conitnued to muttered to himself.

Miyu herd what bakura said as she narrowed her eyes, "is bakura there....?" She asked curiously.

"It's fine with me. You two should spend some time together before we go. Lay all your cards on the table after all that has happened." Marik gave his opinion and let Miyu continue to talk to Kohaku.

Kohaku just sighed and got up leaving Bakura alone in the bedroom. She went into the living room so she could talk to Miyu without anyone butting in.
"Not anymore. I am in the living room now. It's ok, he and I are lying low on the sex for a while. It was his idea actually." She giggled. "Just meet me by the coast tomorrow morning around 9. Is that okay?"

Miyu groaned in a playful manner, "9... in the morning... I didn't even get up that early when i went to college!" she laughed as she sighs, "Well that's a shocker that Bakura doesn't want sex..." She said as she was a little surprised. but she then herd someone at the door. "but yeah.. 9... i'll give you a call later." As she hung up and looked at Marik, "Who can that be at the door."

Joey stood outside of he blushed feeling nervous. behind him he had flower, 'this is fate... Miyu being the red-eyes black dragon... That card being my most treasured... We're...meant to be with each other! I knew there was a reason why she liked me.' he thought as he rang the door bell again.

"I don't know, and at this hour. It is not Kohaku so I am wondering who it is?" Marik stood up and went to the door. He was surprised a little annoyed to find Joey on the doorstep.
"Can I help you Joey?"

Kohaku giggled. "I know it is hard to believe, but he has good intentions. He wants to make our wedding night very special. And come on 9AM isn't that bad. How about we extend it to 10 then? Will that work better for you?"

Miyu blinked, "Yeah ten works... I gotta go later girl." She said as she hung up.

Joey narrowed his eyes, "Hey Marik... is Miyu around... I got her these in case you know... she was feeling a little hurt and what not.." he said as he felt a little annoyed, 'why the fuck is he always around her?!' he thought to himself as he glared at the Egyptian.

Miyu walked up behind Marik as she blinked and smiled at Joey, "hey joey! what are you doing here?" She asked.

joey suddenly blushed as he looked at her with a goofy grin, "Oh... um i was just wondering how you're feeling. And I got you these." he said giving her the flower, a dozen yellow roses, "i would have gotten red ones, but they were all out." he said softly.

Miyu was beyond shocked. "o-oh! Wow, joey there beautiful... thank you." She said as she leaned in and kissed his cheek, "Would you like to come in... for a drink?" She asked softly.

Joey blushed, "You you don't mind." he said as he walked past Marik giving him a glare as he walked in, "Wow... Miyu, you live here?" he asked as he looked around.

Miyu nodded, "yeah. my own place." She said as she got some tea. and placed them at the table. "here you are... Hope ice tea is alright." She said.

joey nodded as he looked at her still blushing... "M-miyu... theres something I gotta tell you." he said softly..

Miyu blinked but then turned and saw Marik giving her "The Look" mean he needed to talk to her right away. Miyu turned to joey, "Um... joey can you hold that thought for a second... Marik needs to talk to me private... brb." She said sweetly as she followed Marik, "What?!" She hissed glaring at him, "You're being rude." She said softly.

Bakura came outside the room as he looked at Kohaku, "Whats wrong?" He asked curiously

"And you are being misleading. You need to tell him that you are not interested in him the way he thinks you are. He will keep being persistent unless you say something. You are setting him up for an ever bigger heartache by stringing him along." Marik was getting very tired of this game. He knew that Joey had feelings for Miyu. It was beyond obvious. He felt that Miyu was not considering his feelings by telling Joey that she was not interested and telling him that she already had a lover.
"Tell him now or risk losing me. I am tired of playing this game." Marik walked off to the bedroom and shut the door sternly. He was done preaching to her. He could not make her do anything unfortunately.

Kohaku hung up her phone and stuffed it back in her pocket. "Nothing is wrong. Turns out Miyu and Marik were planning on going to Egypt after all. She said we can go with them. Ishizu will probably let us stay with her." She stood up and walked past Bakura back to the bedroom where she sat back down on the bed.

Miyu looked sad as she sigh. She knew that she had to do it. She walked back to where Joey was as she signs.

Joey looked at her with worry as he walked over to her, "Listen... Um... I think I get it..." He said as he looked down, his bangs covering his eyes.

Miyu blinked, "R-realy?" She asked softly as she looked at him.

Joey nodded as he gave her a big grin, "You probably Owe Marik like your life so you're like his slave! i totally understand!" he said.

Miyu sweatdropped as she felt on the ground. She was even getting fed up with Job's stupidity "No.. Joey, its nothing like that. You see... Marik and i have been TOGETHER..." She emphasized the "together" part as she looked at him, "Marik and I are lovers... We have been for a long time... and currently I'm not looking for a relationship with anyone else but him.. After all... he's the father of my child." She said with a cute blush and a smile on her face. "Please understand that your a good friend... but i just want to stay friends... Nothing more then that..." She said looking at him.

joey was a little hurt as he sighs as he nodded, "yeah... I get the picture... sorry to bother you..." he stated as he stood up and walked away and out of her house.

Miyu let out a sigh of relief as she sighs, "finally." She said as she walked back to her and Marik's room as she leaned against the door as she knocked on it, "Marik...?" She called as she looked herd to see anything, "I did it... are you mad at me?" She asked softly.

Bakura looked at her as he smiled, "So what time are we meeting up with them?" he asked as he gently went behind Kohaku and gently gave her a hug as he leaned in and kissed her neck gently, "I do suggest that you go shopping before we officially leave to go to Egypt... They are a country that don't have a lot of Modern things..." he said as he gently pushed her hair aside as he looked at her. "You know... you kept the same hair style for a while... always up in high ponytail... have you considered letting it down?" he asked curiously.

Marik laid down on the bed and put his arms behind his head. He was feeling a lot of mixed emotions. He was angry and hurt at the same time. He also felt sympathy for Joey. The poor guy was in love with a woman that would never love him. Marik knew that Miyu would never leave him especially now that she was carrying his child. He waited patiently to see what would happen. His eyes opened when he heard Miyu at the door. He was relieved to hear that she had told him and his worries were instantly gone. He got up off the bed and opened the door. He did not say a word. He just put his arms around Miyu and pulled her into a hug.
"Thank you. . .I love you Miyu." He did not want to let her go. His grip became more firm on her. He was so close to her he swore he could feel the movement of little Reanna inside her.

Kohaku smiled when Bakura came up behind her and started to cuddle with her. She started to laugh a little when he started to mess with her neck. "I am going to talk to Miyu about that tomorrow. We can probably leave either tomorrow afternoon or early the next morning." Kohaku pulled her hair over her shoulder and looked at it. She had worn her hair the same way for a long time. She just loved her long hair. It was how she was identified. She sat up and took it down from the high pony tail.
"You think I should cut it?" She pulled it all over her shoulder and started running her fingers through it.
